•Minimum 2-3 years Networking/Security Experience.
•CCNA - CCNP level Knowledge is a must.
•Total IT experience of 2 to 4 years.
•Good Technical Skill set on Cisco routers, switches, Checkpoint firewall & PIX/ASA.
•Good understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, NTP, QoS.
•Good communication, written skill set and a positive attitude.
•Troubleshooting and Incident handling experience.
•Experience in Security & Network Management products is an advantage.
•Effective Presentation & Demonstration Skills is an advantage.
•Quick learning abilities.
Job Responsibilities
•Provide Network, Security Solution to our clients and resolve issues within the specified SLA.
•Fully responsible for deployment of our Security Management Products
•Handle client queries regarding products & provide comprehensive solutions.
•Documentation, assessments reposts and developing presentations.
•Coordinate with sales, presales team & focus on clients business objectives.
